This is my 2nd purchase, so that says a lot. Firstly, they are “so now’, a trend setter. Secondly, they work wonderfully. They have become part of my wardrobe. Okay, I’m now hooked. Going in for a 3rd purchase.

Overall positive. I spent 40 years in the audio industry and I have listened to literally hundreds of pairs of headphones and earbuds. Everything from $10,000.00 Stax to Sennheisers, Koss, and B&W cans and buds. I have listened to Apple earbuds and Professional In Ear Monitors. I say all that not to brag but as a point of reference. I've been retired for years and my ears certainly aren't what they used to be but I still have nothing but good things to say about your product.
I bought two pairs, one set for me and one for my wife. Frankly I half expected to take advantage of your return policy. My wife currently has some Skull Candy buds that she uses for her daily commute but she has always struggled with the fit and I personally think they sound terrible. She has already commented on how she likes your product for listening to her audio books. For her to comment on any audio product is extraordinary!
Yesterday I had to take my car in for some maintenance and so I ended up spending a couple of hours at a shopping mall (the only way you'd ever get me in one of those places is by necessity!) and I had a chance to really give the Vion B's a road test.
To be honest, my expectations weren't very high but a couple of things made an impression. First of all regarding the fidelity. I wasn't expecting much due to the design of sitting outside of the ear canal but they exceeded my expectations I must say. The bass wasn't overwhelmingly impressive or anything, again due to the design, but the detail was certainly there and the imaging was outstanding! A couple of times I found myself turning my head because I thought someone was behind me. Pretty impressive though in a noisy mall.
The thing I was most impressed with though, and, honestly the primary reason I bought these, is how comfortable they are! I wore them for about 3 hours and, after about 10 minutes, I pretty much forgot they were there. I even made a couple of phone calls and they sounded great both on my end and to the person to whom I was talking. I very much appreciated the fact that I could be fully aware of what was going on around me whether in the mall or in an Uber. For that reason we are thinking of buying our teenage granddaughters each a pair for Christmas.

Top notch in style, comfort, sound. Only down side for me is that I can't have both my sets paired at the same time. I have a pair for upstairs and downstairs and you have to unpair one set so you can pair the other set. I do love these and would definitely recommend.
